Emailing is a way of people getting others personal details as the person is unaware and could create a false account for your bank and ask you to send them your account number this is called Phishing. People that don’t have an email accounts can’t send emails to their loved ones. You could become distant form your family members aboard or possibly loose a business deal, because emailing does not provide the opportunity of body language which often seal’s a deal for a business.

• Its easy to use e.g. Using Email saves us time, instead of writing a letter by hand and sending it all you do is type it up and sent it
• Cheaper e.g. Using Email is free to you and free to set up
• Speed e.g. sending a email goes straight away where as alternative ways of sending messages take longer (Post)
